Shipping & Returns

TRANSPORT :

- Parcels under 35 lbs. are normally shipped by parcel post.
- Over 35 lbs. they are shipped by UPS trucks, Purolator or transport of your choice.
- Transport fees are at your expense * .

Delivery : Please allow 8 to 10 days open day ( excluding weekend )

Please take note that a shipping fee of minimum 13.00 $ CAD or more will be charge to your invoice IN CANADA ONLY, this price is an approximation and may vary depending on the weight and size of the package and the shipping location.

For International order in the USA we use UPS services and a minimum of 25.00$ CAD is charge for the shipping fee an for Worldwide shipping it start at a minimum of 50.00$ CAD.

IMPORTANT :

Upon acceptance of parcels, the carrier assumes full responsibility for its safe arrival to destination.Should you receive this or these articles in a damaged condition, the claim must be made directly to the carrier.

Should visual inspection upon receipt of this shipment show damage, it must be noted on the freight bill and signed by the carrier agent.

Failure to do this may result in the carrier refusing to honour the claim.

The carrier will furnish you with the necessary form for filing claim.

When damage is not apparent until the article is unpacked, then a claim should be made in writing immediately to the carrier for inspection. Keep all cartons and fillers. You must make your request for inspection within 15 days after delivery.

The carrier will furnish you with an inspection report and forms for filing the concealed damage.

RETURNS :

If you have any defective pieces please contact us to get RMA #. No goods can be returned without our authorization and any returned good should have the RMA # clearly written on the package otherwise we will not consider it and/or return it to it sender at his fee.

WARRANTY :

Since the VENDOR cannot control the way their products are used after the sale, the SELLER will not be responsible for any consequential or indirect damages.

The VENDOR is a distributor and cannot be held responsible for manufacturers defects. No warranty will apply if its products are in any way altered or modified after delivery.

The warranty on intercom products is of 2 years, on a normal use.
